The Geological Society, W1

The Geological Society, Piccadilly, is located in the heart of London’s West End and offers a unique central London venue to hire for conferences, meetings and receptions.
The venue is equipped with all the conveniences of a modern conference centre, including a 172 seat Lecture Theatre, and three meeting rooms available for meetings, break-out groups and receptions.
Janet Watson Lecture Theatre
The 172 seater lecture theatre provides a full range of audiovisual facilities under the direction of a projectionist included in the hire costs.
Lower Library
The Lower Library provides a spacious and airy break-out room for the Lecture Theatre, and is used for refreshment breaks, lunches and poster displays. The Lower Library can also be used for post-conference catered receptions.

Council Room
The elegant Council Room located on the first floor has plenty of natural daylight, and is fully air-conditioned. It accommodates 25 people boardroom style or 30 people for a sit down meal.
Arthur Holmes Room
Located on the ground floor the Arthur Holmes Room provides a versatile space for a meeting for 14-16 boardroom style or an intimate private dinner for 12.

William Buckland Room
Located on the lower ground floor, the William Buckland Room is an intimate space surrounded by glass cases of leather bound books and can accommodate 13 people, seated boardroom style.

The Stay Club Colindale is located 30 minutes from Central London, and comprises of classrooms, accommodation and dining room that can cater for up to 3500 students per day

The Stay Club Willesden can cater for for 1000 students daily, has a ground floor cafe, classrooms, accommodation and is 35 minutes to Central London.

The Stay Club Kentish Town, NW5

The Stay Club Kentish Town is the latest addition, with its own cafe open to the general public, as well as in-house student feeding. Located a short walk from Camden, Central London is only 10 minutes away.
